Terms and Conditions of Purchase
These conditions regulate the purchase of tourist services through the website topspaintours.es , owned by Alternativas Turísticas del Mediterráneo SL , CIF B70715412, registered office at Gran Vía de la Manga, km. 1, Edificio Stella Maris, apartment 709, 30380 Cartagena (Murcia), registered in the Mercantile Registry of Murcia (Volume 3673, Folio 39, Sheet MU-112902).
- Hiring
Users will be able to book private tours and experiences through the website. The contract will be considered valid once payment has been received and will be automatically confirmed by email. - Cancellations
Cancellations will be free if requested within the time frame indicated for each tour (24 or 48 hours before the start, as applicable). Outside this period, the amount will not be refunded except for justified reasons. - Method of payment
Payment will be made through a secure gateway. The platform will be managed by La Mina Digital. - Billing
The invoice will be issued upon express request by the client, by sending an email to info@topspaintours.es with the tax information. - Users
They may contract with end clients, agencies, or tour operators, provided they accept these conditions. - Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute, both parties shall be subject to the courts of Cartagena (Murcia).
